It's not just kids who can benefit from taking a class at TL! You'll find adults taking advantage of opportunities throughout the year. Offerings vary from playwriting, to dance, to acting.
Adult Tap Class
Beginner Adult Tap: This class is designed for anyone who wants to tap! Students will learn tap fundamentals, commonly used steps, and fun combos. The goal is to become confident in tap and have fun! We will work on shuffles, flaps, time steps, cramp rolls, paradiddles, alexanders, drawbacks, buffalos, and more. If you want to dive into the world of tap, this is the class for you! No experience required.
Intermediate Adult Tap: This class is designed to push your tap skills to the next level. Students with prior tap experience will work on tap articulation, fast paced combos, and complex steps. The goal is to challenge yourself to be a better tapper and have fun while doing it. You will polish your pullbacks, wings, turns, riffs, shiggy bops, etc. If you love to tap and want to push yourself as a dancer, this is the class for you!
AGES: 16+
DATES: Saturdays | April 25 - May 23
TIMES: BEGINNER CLASS 9:00 - 10:00 am | INTERMEDIATE CLASS 10:00 - 11:00 am
COST: $40 for all 5 sessions or $10 each week. Sign up for all 6 sessions, or sign up week at a time!
