Volunteer Open House
Do you love live theatre? Want to meet great people, learn new skills, and be part of the excitement that happens both onstage and behind the scenes? Theatre Lawrence invites you to attend one of our upcoming Volunteer Open Houses!
Whether you’re interested in ushering, building sets, sewing costumes, helping with props, assisting in the box office, or lending a hand with special events, there’s a role for you. No experience? No problem! We’ll provide the training—you just bring your enthusiasm.
These open houses are low pressure, no commitment opportunities for you to learn about many of the ways you can get involved and make an impact on our community.
Meet current volunteers, take a peek backstage, and see how you can help create the magic that brings stories to life. From the moment the curtain rises to the final bow, every volunteer plays a starring role in making our productions possible.
We’re offering three opportunities to explore how you can get involved:
Thursday, July 31 at 6 p.m.
Friday, Aug. 1 at noon
Saturday, Aug 2 at 10 a.m.
Join us and find your place in the spotlight!
