About the show:
A wildly fun, heartwarming musical that proves every family is a little bit crazy. Wednesday Addams has grown up and fallen in love with a charming young man from a “normal” family—something that sends shockwaves through the Addams household. As secrets are kept, hilarity ensues, and unforgettable songs bring this quirky, lovable family together in a night of laughter and love.
What to prepare:
Those auditioning will be asked to sing 1 minute of a song of their choice. An accompanist will be provided. These auditions will also include learning a short dance routine.

The Addams Household
- Gomez Addams |
Age: 35–55 |
Baritone, Bass (Bb2 - G4)
The suave patriarch who lives to adore his wife and children. He finds himself in a comedic crisis—trapped between his loyalty to Morticia and his devotion to Wednesday. Must have sharp comedic timing, move well, and ideally possess fencing skills. - Morticia Addams |
Age: 35–50 |
Mezzo-Soprano, Alto (G3 - Bb5)
The elegant, "leggy" center of the Addams universe. She is a dry-witted powerhouse who suspects her husband is keeping secrets. This role requires a strong dancer with an effortless, sophisticated comedic presence. - Uncle Fester |
Age: 30–50 |
Baritone preferred, Tenor (C3 – G4, optional C5)
Our eccentric, vaudevillian narrator. He is child-like, immensely enthusiastic, and totally incorrigible. Needs a performer with high energy and a strong tenor belt. - Wednesday Addams |
Age: 18–25 (to play 18) |
Soprano, Mezzo-Soprano (A3 - E5)
The ultimate goth princess, now grown up and falling in love. She is witty and dry, desperate for her family to act "normal" for one night. Seeking actresses with a powerhouse pop voice. - Pugsley Addams | Age: (plays 12) | High tenor (A3 – F5) A charming, boy or non binary individual who views his sister’s torture as a love language. He’ll do anything to keep Wednesday from leaving him for a boy. Must be under 5'0" with a strong, high unchanged voice.

A quirky, feisty centenarian. She’s fun and unpredictable, but not to be trifled with. Requires a strong comedic actress with grit in her vocals. - Lurch |

Mostly grunting, bass preferred
The towering, slow-moving butler (6'1" or taller). He communicates through irony-tinged groans and very few words. Needs a true, resonant low bass voice.
The Beinecke Family

A mousy housewife who speaks in rhymes and suppresses her own desires—until a "dinner party potion" forces her to reveal her wild, honest truth. Requires a very strong comedic singer. - Lucas Beinecke |

Tenor preferred, Baritone (C3 – C5)
The attractive, hopeful fiancé of Wednesday Addams. He is caught in the crossfire between his "normal" upbringing and the macabre world of his future in-laws.

A choir of ghosts representing various historical archetypes. These performers must be strong contemporary singer-dancers who can handle tight harmonies. Flamenco or Tango experience is a major asset.
